We partnered with Waiholokui Garden in Pahoa, HI, to bring you a version of our coffee that you can put on all of your dishes. Mahalo to them for creating a delicious savory and spicy rub made with our gorgeous Hilo coffee grown just below our visitor center. Use on beef, pork, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. For best flavor, add a generous coat of coffee rub at least 15 minutes before cooking.


Ingredients: 100% Hilo Coffee, Hawaiian Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Paprika, and Parsley.
