Here in Wainaku, we are blessed with some awesome farm neighbors. Our neighbor, O.K. farms produces award winning Rainbow Falls Hilo coffee, grown on the banks of the Wailuku river. With an abundance of rain and fertile soil, this variety of coffee flourishes in the Hilo weather. It has a smooth, warm taste and the bitterness is on the lower scale.
