The Ilima (Sida fallax) used in this flower essence comes from coastal cliffs on the south shore of Kauai. It is an indigenous plant and native to Hawai’i as well as other parts of the world. In Hawai’i the flowers are used in lei making, they can be eaten in salads and used as a mild laxative for babies.


This flower essence promotes gentle strength. Suggested use: Add 2 drops to water and drink 4 times daily until no longer needed. Shelf life: minimum 10 years if stored correctly.
