🍄 Our mushroom cultures are cultivated in sterilized nutrient liquid substrate in a controlled environment, then loaded into mushroom syringes in front of a HEPA flow hood to guarantee cleanliness and purity of the mycelium. Our aim is to produce the best possible liquid culture for growing spawn, and for growing mushrooms. This is living mycelium, not spores.
🍄 We have many gourmet and medicinal mushroom cultures available.
🍄 Living mycelium cultures are suspended in 10ml luer lock syringes containing distilled water and nutrient media. Each inoculation syringe includes a sterilized 18ga 1.5" dispensing needle and pre-sterilized alcohol swab.
🍄 Each batch of liquid cultures is tested on agar to verify that they are free of contaminants, and select cultures are regularly grown out to validate that they are true to form. Syringes are held in a controlled incubating environment for a minimum of 2 weeks to confirm purity.
🍄 Liquid cultures can remain viable for a year or more under proper storage conditions. If you do not plan to use it immediately, it is recommended to store it in the fridge.
