IDEAL HAWAIIAN CLIMATE
Our coffee grows under the warm Pacific sun, in nutrient-rich volcanic soil, benefiting from fresh mountain rain and cool trade winds. This ideal climate nurtures Kauai Coffee’s five Arabica varieties: Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai, Typica, Blue Mountain, and Mundo Novo, each offering its own unique flavor.

Rooted in Hawaiian heritage, Kauai Coffee began as McBryde Sugar Company in the early 1800s, transitioning to coffee production in 1987. This evolution became one of Hawaii's largest agricultural projects, bringing a taste of paradise to coffee lovers worldwide.
